Widerrufsrecht
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Before the return process, you must send an e-mail to info@chalimu.com stating your order number and the reason for the return.
In order to qualify for a refund;
- The customer is obliged to return the product in the condition it was delivered to whom, and in case of use, to compensate the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.
- Products that have been scratched, damaged or physically altered in any way are strictly non-refundable. After the product is inspected by our experts, returns are initiated.
- The security tag of the product must not be removed.
- The in-box product invoice, certificate or all by-products and documents that come with the product must be complete.
- It must be in its original box (without any damage to the box), complete with invoices and certificates.
- Products made or changed by special order (products whose size is changed according to our customer's request, with special writings on them) are not refundable.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to ship your package. Products sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Product you are purchasing; If it is determined that it has not been used within the first 14 days from the invoice date, you can replace it with a different product from the same product group. Exchanges are one time only.
- It should be checked by our product experts that the product to be exchanged has not been used.
- If the product purchased in exchange transactions is a product with a campaign/discount, the transactions for the new product to be purchased will be made at the label price.
- If your product is a diamond, you can replace it with a diamond product group, and if it is gold, you can replace it with a gold product group.
- You must apply to our stores with all the documents (product certificate, invoice, product packaging) given to you at the purchase stage in product exchange transactions.
- If the product is a gift, you can exchange it with a gift card.
Refunds
After we receive and review your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund as well. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at info@chalimu.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
